In our 16 years in the power plant maintenance business, PMSI has assembled hundreds of teams of welders for jobs large and small. We have a talented pool of welders who we regularly call on for jobs around the country. Many of our welders will travel hundreds or thousands of miles to work on a PMSI job site.

We guarantee our welds by testing welders at every job; by inspected every weld visually, by x-ray, or by ultrasound; and by a time-tested quality control system that has become a hallmark of PMSI's work culture. Our weld rejection rate over 16 years is less than 2 percent.
