Richard Engel
As an established attorney, in 1981 Richard Engel was invited to represent the Company as legal counsel. As legal counsel he established the corporation in 1981.
He began his career in 1967 with the Elliott Company. He worked as an engineer for CE Miller Corp as well as Bechtel Corp before going into business for himself. Engel has substantial experience in engineering and building boilers, piping and pumps, as well as in construction supervision management and cost controls.
After establishing a long career as an Electrical Engineer with some of America’s top Engineering firms, Mr. Engel was invited to participate as a Senior Executive in 1983 representing PMSI to the Southern California Edison Electrical plants to date. As a Senior Executive of PMSI he was instrumental in assisting in the development of the Company as a major maintenance provider of power plants.
