This letter is to confirm our Audit and review of your documentation for Code activities in accordance with PMSI Procedure QC-01 dated 11 June 1994. The procedure address the documentation required for "Routine Repairs" performed at the Dayton Power and Light generating stations as well as the scope of work classified as "Routine Repair". This Audit was to insure compliance with PMSI's Quality Control Manual and the "Routine Repairs" performed 24 August 2005 to 17 January 2006 and signature on the R-1's.
